About Me

Hi, I’m Amber — a mother of two young adults, a teacher, an advocate for children and their rights, a trauma coach, and above all, a fellow human being who has walked a path lined with both challenges and healing. My journey hasn’t been an easy one. The scars of my past carry stories of abandonment, neglect, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, coercive control, financial abuse, and being silenced when I needed to speak the most.

Yet, through every hardship, I chose to keep moving forward. I worked tirelessly not only to build a career and create freedom for myself and my children but also to heal, reclaim my voice, and break cycles that once tried to define me. Along the way, I discovered little things that make a big difference: steps toward healing, everyday practices that nurture mental wellbeing, and ways of parenting that help stop the cycle of generational trauma and abuse.

Through my blogs, I’ll share those lessons with you. Bit by bit, story by story, we’ll explore how small, intentional actions can transform your healing journey and the way you show up as a parent, partner, or simply as yourself. Because healing doesn’t happen all at once; it happens in the everyday moments that remind us we are worthy, resilient, and capable of change.
